Policies
• We have a ten day cancellation policy. $25 fee for all cancellations, therefore your deposit refund reflects this fee. (28 years, and we can count in one small folder, how few people we actually didn't refund, so needless to say, our hearts run this business, not calculators.)
• We require a two night immediate deposit on bookings (ONE night stays simply pay a one night deposit). We require a three night deposit on noted summertime and/or holiday weekends.
• We DO NOT allow pets, our product is the cleanest room you'll find.
• Our rates are based on 2 people. Each additional guest is just $10. Children (5 & UNDER) are free. Adults (6 and older) incur the $10 fee. Therefore, an example rate of $149 for 2, is $159 for 3, $169 for 4, and $179 for 5 people.
• Check-Ins / Arrivals are required by 9pm, or we MUST get a phone call from you at our front desk, so we are able to arrange for your late arrival.
• Smoking in our NON-SMOKING ROOMS will result in a $200 surcharge, without any authorization needed. Our staff is dedicated to providing immaculate rooms. We love our nice fresh Cape Cod air.
• When possible, please use Visa, Mastercard or Discover. We are offering AAA rates from 2009, again, in helping you save money. Please help us minimalize business costs in order to keep this well known fun loving culture going for generations to come.
• Our office is open 8:30 AM - 9 PM - arrange your arrival accordingly.
• Rates subject to State & Local Tax. Rates based on double occupancy & subject to change.
